Equipped with a 9mm refractory stone cooking surface , it allows for direct baking on refractory bricks for perfect and even cooking. It features a side-mounted electromechanical control panel , a stainless steel door with tempered glass for easy viewing, and an interior light to monitor the cooking process without opening the door.
With thermal insulation that prevents heat loss and reduces energy consumption, the oven reaches a maximum temperature of 350°C using shielded heating elements. It also includes a timer of up to 120 minutes for precise control.
